What should I do if the remote controller cannot connect to the DJI Virtual Flight App?
Try the following steps:
1. Unplug the cable connecting your smartphone and the goggles. Power on the aircraft, check that you can see the camera view in the goggles and can start the motors with the remote controller to confirm that the aircraft can function normally.
2. If there are no problems during Step 1, check to make sure the firmware of the remote controller and the goggles are updated to the latest version.
3. If there are no problems during Step 2, power off the aircraft. Reconnect your smartphone with the goggles and open up the DJI Virtual Flight app.
4. If the problem persists, try changing the cable connecting the goggles with your smartphone. You can also try disconnecting and reconnecting your smartphone or restarting the goggles several times.
What can I do if the remote controller is connected to the goggles, but the control sticks and buttons do not work?
Please update the firmware of the goggles and the remote controller to the latest versions.
What can I do if the screen of the goggles frequently flickers after connecting to the DJI Virtual Flight App?
While using the DJI Virtual Flight app, press the Back button on the goggles twice to exit Demo mode. Then, make sure that the firmware of the goggles is updated to the latest version.
What can I do if I cannot sign up in the DJI Virtual Flight app?
If you cannot sign up in the DJI Virtual Flight app, please sign up on the official DJI website. You can then use that account to log in to the DJI Virtual Flight app.
When flying in Manual mode, the throttle stick of the remote controller recenters after I take off. Why does the drone fly upward automatically?
1. When flying in Manual mode, if the throttle stick recenters, it will power the drone to fly upwards continuously.

3. When flying in Manual mode, you need to adjust the control sticks frequently to maintain stable flight.
