DJI Air 2S Remote Controller & Transmission FAQ

How has the O3 transmission system been improved compared to OcuSync 2.0?
Equipped with a brand new transmission solution, O3 has four antennas and supports two frequency bands. It features stronger interference resistance, delivers full HD video transmission feeds at up to 12 km (when unobstructed, free of interference, and FCC-compliant), and enables more reliable transmission in cities and other complex environments.

Does the remote controller support HDMI?
No.

How can I improve signal reception?
The smartphone clamp of the remote controller houses the antennas. Make sure that the antennas are parallel to the aircraft. Check the user manual for more information about setting the antenna direction. Additionally, ensure you are not wearing any transmitting wearables and that Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are turned off on your mobile devices.

What are the advantages of the new remote controller?
The remote controller boasts a prolonged battery life of up to four hours, a more comfortable grip, and an improved antenna design for a better viewing experience on the screen.

What transmission technology does the remote controller use?
When used with different aircraft hardware configurations, DJI RC-N1 Remote Controllers will automatically select the corresponding firmware version for updating and support the following transmission technologies enabled by the hardware performance of the linked aircraft models:
a. DJI Mini 2/ DJI Mavic Air 2: O2
b. DJI Air 2S: O3
