DLC coating
◆ The friction coefficient is only 0.05, effectively preventing molten plastic from adhering to the nozzle;
◆ Coating thickness 2.0 μ m. Does not affect any dimensional accuracy;
Maintain good lubrication and wear resistance, up to 300 ℃;
◆ Strong adsorption capacity, coating hardness HV2200;
◆ Stable chemical properties, non-toxic, non corrosive, and insoluble in other solvents.
Wear resistance and high temperature resistance
Ultra high hardness tungsten carbide (hardness>2700HV (up to 2900HV) is used to ensure smooth nozzle holes and tips for long-term printing without wear. The nozzle is composed of tungsten carbide and copper alloy, with ultra-high hardness and excellent conductivity, and a maximum printing temperature of 550 ℃.
Stable extrusion of non stick material
Tungsten carbide nozzle with a purity of over 99.98% and high thermal performance. After adding a hard and smooth nickel plating layer, the entire nozzle is coated with DLC coating. Surface friction coefficient as low as 0.05, make the nozzle print clean and free of plastic adhesion. Maintain a uniform temperature at the nozzle tip during the printing process to ensure stable extrusion.
Faster printing speed
Due to the high thermal performance of nozzles, printing speed can be further improved without sacrificing quality. The unique channel in the nozzle can increase the flow rate of the inner hole faster.
Applicable materials
From traditional printing of PLA to PEEK, and even to carbon fiber reinforced materials, tungsten carbide nozzles can easily handle long-term printing of any material.
