I would like to buy extra batteries for the car. What type of battery/ connectors does the car have?
Gens Ace makes a 1300mah drone battery that fits like it was made for it. Just measure the battery it comes with, and buy one that fits in those dimensions.
The car has proprietary hard li-po that uses deans connectors by the looks of it. uncertain if you can secure another type of battery in the vehicle.
All 7.4 2S Li-Po batteries with T-Plug connector and the correct dimensions can be used.
I use 7.4 2200mAh 45C batteries and the vehicle runs perfectly with it.

What about parts availability?
You can buy parts through RC102.com —  have both original and hop up parts. But the cars are broadly compatible with 1:10 scale parts and fasteners (12mm wheel hexes, 4mm axles).
When I replace screws, I just pull 2.5mm or 3mm screws from my spare parts bin.
